How to make a homemade Hair Color Rinse with herbs
1.) Choose your herbs or roots according to your desired hair color effect. Are you looking to darken your hair? Choose herbs such as Lavender, Nettle, or Black Tea. For highlights choose Calendula or chamomile. Look at the list below for some great herbal hair color ideas.

1.) Place roots, herbs or flowers in a teabag or tea ball before adding to water.

2.) Simmer in water for a minimum of 20 minutes. The longer you allow to steep, the stronger the brew will be. Allow to cool

3.) Apply as a final rinse, AFTER shampoo and conditioner.
